To rebuild lives by addressing underlying causes of substance use, such as mental health and homelessness, through evidence-based, client-centered care.
WHAT WE OFFER
Residential Treatment
We provide adults with a structured, supportive environment to help maintain sobriety guided by ASAM criteria and a client-centered approach.
Evidence-Based Practices
This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Matrix Model.
Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders
This comes with specialized support for individuals experiencing both substance use and mental health disorders.
Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Team Approach
We provide care as a collaborative team that includes a psychiatric APRN and RN, state-licensed therapists, and peer support specialists.
Individualized Discharge & Continuing Care Planning
Our plan focuses on connecting each individual with the next appropriate level of care – either within the Hope Center program or through referrals to community partners.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
- 24/7 supervision and support

- Management of psychiatric and MOUD services as appropriate
- Integration of 12-Step principles and community meetings
- Focus on building sober support networks, employment, and housing stability

POPULATION SERVED
Adult men with moderate to severe substance use disorder. We welcome individuals regardless of race, creed, age, sex, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
ADMISSION STEPS
- Call for an Intake Appointment.
- Complete an Assessment to determine eligibility and level of care.
- Verify Insurance Coverage. Our services are Medicaid billable, and we will assist with application, verification, and any necessary paperwork.
- Schedule Admission Date and Begin Your Recovery Journey.
